To verify your account, you need to make an initial deposit and submit a color photograph of a valid primary identification document (such as a passport or national ID card). The document must display a clear photo, full name, date and place of birth, expiration date, and issuing country. For card deposits, we may also request your card statement to verify your credit or debit card. Ensure all submitted documents are clear and easily readable.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is $10 or its equivalent in your local currency.
After making a deposit, you can add your phone number in the trade section, where a popup message will prompt you to enter your phone number. You will then receive an SMS code to verify your phone number. Enter the provided code to confirm.
The verification process is linked to the deposit method used, so it is conducted after you make a deposit. In many cases, you can withdraw funds back to the same source without verification, but certain withdrawal limits may apply.
To withdraw funds, navigate to the FINANCES section and submit a withdrawal request. The deposited amount will be returned to the original source, such as the bank card or e-wallet used for the deposit. Your profits will be transferred to one of the e-wallets you select from the available options in the Finance section. Third-party wallets or cards are not permitted; all transactions must originate from an account registered in your name.

Funds in the demo account are virtual and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to your real trading account. The demo account is solely for practice and educational purposes.
Yes, if your account cannot be verified, your deposited funds will be fully refunded to the original payment method. Please do not use third-party wallets or cards for deposits. If third-party payment accounts are used, we may not be able to process a refund, and additional verification might be required.
